Voltas AC Warranty Terms: 

  • This is regarding the secondary promotion scheme of 5 years complete protection plan (comprehensive warranty for 1 + 4 year extended on Inverter, Fixed Speed Split & Window Air conditioners.
  • 100% cashless -No need of paying cash. Unlimited Repairs* during your plan duration. Manufacturer’s Warranty / Guarantee remains valid throughout its validity period.
  • Includes 2 visits of Annual Maintenance every year for total 5 years, total 10 visits.  Service by Brand Authorised Service Partners.
  • This plan must be purchased together with Voltas AC from Tata CLiQ. Applicable only on for Household customers.
  • This Warranty is on functional parts, PCB, Gas Charging & labour (for Repairs or replacements except plastic parts like grill, Consumables like Battery & other aesthetics Items, louvers. Etc, of the air conditioner for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase)

The benefit of AMC/Protection plan on Voltas AC with TataCliq

  • Voltas 5-year complete protection plan is applicable only for AC purchased from Tata CLiQ. Protection plan replicates and extends the original manufacturer s warranty offered by the manufacturer by additional 4 years. Protection plan will indemnify you against the repair and replacement costs in respect of the Air Conditioner product, caused by a breakdown arising out of manufacturing defects and/or due to poor workmanship of the service personnel of the authorised workshop during the policy period. Repair costs include parts, labour, and call-out charges. Will not be applicable for Improperly installed by third party, install under abnormal conditions, repaired by unauthorized personnel, modified, improper usage, or due to faulty electric supply/connection, Voltage fluctuations, Damage caused by accident, fire, or misuse, etc.

Details In Brief

  • 5 Year comprehensive (1 + 4 year extended) Warranty on all Split & Window Air conditioners sold to retail individual / house hold customer. This Warranty is on functional parts, PCB, Gas Charging & labor (for Repairs or replacements except plastic parts like grill, louvers. Etc, of the air conditioner for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase)
  • Tatacliq will pass the customer information to seller for the activation of this plan within 15 Days of successful delivery & Installation.

Conditions of Warranty Cover:

This Service Contract is only valid if:

  1. The product is bought from Tata CLiQ.
  2. The Product is for domestic and personal use only. Cover is not valid on Products intended for commercial, rental or profit generation purposes excluding computing products for small office / home office use. 
  3. The Product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines for Product usage including but not limited to regular maintenance & upkeep of the Product.
  4. Manufacturer’s Warranty / Guarantee remains valid throughout its validity period.
  5. 100% installation call registration at Voltas customer care is mandatory to avail the warranty & AMC/ Protection Plan
  6. AMC Customers have to respond to the Preventive Maintenance Notification or register SR in Voltas Call Center / or via WhatsApp, Website, IVR

 

Offer Exclusions:

  • Offer is not applicable on any institutional sale
  • Sale through E-Commerce channel except for sale through TataCliq
  • Extended warranty is valid only for "Household customers" & is not applicable for commercial usage. Not applicable if unit needs to be installed in office
  • Improperly installed by the third party, install under abnormal conditions, repaired by unauthorized personnel, modified, improper usage, or due to faulty electric supply/connection, Voltage fluctuations, Damage caused by accident, fire or misuse, etc.
  • The original serial numbers are removed, obliterated or altered from the air conditioner.
  • Note: If the provided details are found to be incorrect at any point of time during the said period then warranty will not be applicable.


Extended Warranty Registration Process

  • If Voltas 5 Year Protection plan has been bought with the AC, you will automatically receive a policy certificate within 30 days of AC delivery/Installation.
