Terms & Conditions for availing the Offer :

· An additional 10% instant discount on the purchase of eligible products sold on the Tata CLiQ E-commerce site (www.tatacliq.com), the mobile site, Mobile Application during the Offer period.

· Maximum discount is INR 1,000.

· In order to avail the Additional discount, the total payment of the transaction needs to be made using a valid and eligible Kotak Bank Credit or Debit card.

· This offer is valid for purchases made on the Eligible products during the “Offer Period”.

· Offer is Valid only once per card per month per customer.

· The offer will not be applicable to the commercial and corporate cards issued by Kotak Bank.

· The discount will be applied to the net cart Value. The Net Cart Value is the total cart value arrived at after all applicable discounts including coupon code but before availing discounts under this Offer. In case CLiQ Cash is being used to make a partial payment, Net Cart Value will be calculated after reducing the amount being paid by using CLiQ Cash. To avail of the offer the amount being paid through Kotak Bank Credit card or Debit card has to be more than Rs. 5,000.

· Product warranty will be regulated by the Terms and Conditions mentioned on the Warranty Card of respective product.

· It is not mandatory for the Kotak Bank cardholders to participate in the offer. Participation in the Offer by the card holder is voluntary and free.
