Audible Offer Terms: ( Amazon Prime Special Offer July 2022)

1. This is a limited term promotional offer ("Offer") provided and funded by Audible Singapore Private Limited ("Audible"), made available on (a) amzon and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in") and (b) made available on audible and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, "Audible.in").
2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Conditions of Use and Recurring Payment Terms, if applicable to which you agree by availing the membership of Audible ("Audible Terms"). To the extent, the Audible Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.
3. You may only avail this Offer if you: (a) are located in India and (b) are 18 years or above. It is clarified that this Offer is not valid for existing members of Audible.
4. This Offer will be available from 8th July 2022 09:00 AM IST to 8 August 2022 11:59 PM IST ("Offer Period").
5. Each such customer who fulfills the criteria mentioned in Sections 3 (each an "Eligible Customer") will get the first two months of Audible membership for free ("Benefit"). Post the two-month period, the Eligible Customers will move to paid Audible membership and charged INR 199/month.
6. It is clarified that at the time of sign-up by the Eligible Customer, an amount of INR 2 will be deducted using the selected payment instrument by the customer, as a validation of such payment instrument. Such deduction of INR 2 will be refunded within 48 hours of deduction.
7. During the second month of the Benefit period, the Eligible Customer may receive a message from their bank that INR 199 will be charged on their selected payment instrument. Eligible Customers are requested to ignore this message. It is clarified that the Eligible Customer will not be charged this amount for the second month of the Benefit period. The zero charges for first two months of Audible free trial will be reflected on Purchase History on Audible.in accordingly.
8. The applicable Benefit under this Offer will be activated and configured as part of the Audible account of the Eligible Customer at the time such customer signs up for the Audible membership during the Offer Period, subject to fulfillment of all the required steps.
9. An Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer only once.
10. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the Benefit under this Offer.
11. Audible may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Offer or abusing the Offer.
12. Audible reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice, and reserves the right to remove / withdraw this Offer from at any time and without any prior notice.
13. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

15. You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary. 17. The laws of India govern these Offer Terms. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
