Mixt a 250g tin of Clement Faugier sweet chestnut cream, with a 150ml of whipped whipping cream, and then fold the chestnut into the cream. Chill and serve (you can serve it on a meringue to make a sort of Mont Blanc!) – a sprinkling of cocoa can add visual effect!
