2. Terms & Conditions
   1. This complimentary membership is exclusively curated for eligible Visa Signature credit cardholders who have a Visa Signature Credit Card issued in India.
   2. The membership starts from the day the consumer activates his/her Times Prime membership on the App/Web portal and not on the day the offer was availed on the portal.
   3. The Complimentary Membership is only applicable once per eligible Visa Signature Credit Card.
   4. For existing Times Prime members, a new membership will be added to his/her account and will begin after their current membership expires.
   5. In case of any issues related to the redemption of the e-code, please contact support@timesprime.com
   6. Visa & Times Prime reserves the right to terminate, modify, or extend the timelines and features, at any time at its absolute discretion.
   7. The offers/memberships within the Times Prime Membership must be activated / unlocked within the overall validity of the Times Prime Membership period.

   9. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this offer, the cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
   • Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the cardholder directly with the Times Prime, and cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.
   • Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the offer or goods and/or services provided under the offer.
